Transform Me

For my Transform me art project I chose to take a photo of my dad's watch he got from Italy years ago. I drew this because my family is from Italy and m family and I travel to Italy almost every summer. I transformed this object into Saturn and added numbers into the planet and stitches in the rings. For my abstract piece I incorporated the circular theme in both my other drawings. I drew 3 Planets over top of one another and i incorporated the numbers from the first drawing.

For my drawings I used different pencil values. mostly HB and 4B. In my first 2 drawings i used a smudge stick to blend out grainier and areas where pencil lines over cross each other, to smooth the drawings out. Something i could've improved on was my shading, this is because there isn't much value on my drawings.
